so what does everyone think will happen now the entire uk banking system is, well for want of a better word, [EMAIL="bu@@ered"]bu@@ered[/EMAIL]. What with profits falling (poor dears) and share prices dropping like stones, the uk gov bailing them out. Obviously if the court decides in the consumers favour and orders all the monies to be paid back, the banks have to honour it, but, being a sceptic, I can see the courts taking the curent situation into account and giving the banks an easier time.

What does everyone else think??????

I think suggesting that the legal process will be influenced by factors not argues in a court room are quite frankly nonsense

I don;t confess to know anything about the banking system other than what is reported. I was just offering an opinion and seeking others.
