What do I put in Capital allowances box on self assessment?

in Cutting tax
Hi, I'm hopeless at tax stuff! On the online form I have a box for capital allowances and I have no idea what I'm supposed to include in there. Obviously all of my expenses are included elsewhere on the form. I don't have anything which depreciates, so I don't know what to put? It won't let me put £0 so I assume I have to be including something from my expenses in there.
Can anyone help please?

Capital allowances are claimed on items which will last you more than one year such as vehicles and eqipment. If you have none, then you leave this blank.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
