Im with toluna and joined up about 2 weeks ago, maybe a little longer... i'm about to hit 40,000 points, so i definately think 60,000 is doable!
I do tend to respond relatively quickly to the survey invites, have done all my initial questionnaires and do any votes that come up.

As i'm fairly gobby I also post opinions on topics which gets you more points as well.
    On the up :D

Has anyone got to trial an item in the Test Area? I managed to subscribe to one earlier today but I understand that's no guarantee in testing the product.

It's one I'd only take part in if you enjoy it - It's not one of these sites I'd slog at, but the ocasional click and a survey if/when you've got the time can't hurt. The Opinions part of the site is where most people spend their time if you like to voice your views or see what others are thinking.

Personally I think in terms of similar sites its one of the poorest - the customer service is on the whole, terrible, points are very hard to acquire (although this personal too - some people fit the criteria for more surveys and so its easier) and you don't really get back the time you put it into it. I've earned more than £50 in similar sites in the time it took me to earn £10 on Toluna.

I was quite active on toluna for a while and enjoyed doing the opinion part but found that I didn't qualify for enough survey's to really make it worth my while doing it, especially when you can get paid better somewhere else.
I did get two lots of vouchers from them so at least you know that they do pay out.
  • I got my first Sainsbury's voucher just before Christmas and I'm up to 56000 points again now - I get screened out of most surveys (but I'm always honest!), but I'm up to date with the quick polls, so just pop in a couple of times a day to do those.

I treat surveys as a hobby and spend maybe 30-45 minutes a day doing various surveys - as I do it for 'pleasure', it's even more pleasurable when I save my various vouchers up for Xmas.

Bit of a time drain I thought, plus I did not like my personal details available to all and sundry....

That's a lovely way of putting things, I'll remember that just in case :D

Despite not passing either of the two surveys I got, I'm kind of obsessed with the site now and I'm adding lots of polls. Apparently there's like a bonus for contribution according to the tutorial which appears at the end of the month. I'll stick at it until then and see what the return is.
