I've avoided tipping at Lingfield as its snowing there already and its possible that it will be off according to teletext. There will be an inspection of Wolverhampton and Southall at 7:30am so keep an eye out for cancellation

Wintry Lingfield is abandoned

Officials at Lingfield have been forced to abandon Monday's National Hunt meeting due to snow and a frozen track.
The Surrey venue has been hit by a deluge of snow during the day and, with temperatures still well below freezing, clerk of the course Neil MacKenzie Ross has been left with little option but to call off proceedings.
"Unfortunately we've had to abandon due to frost and snow. It is currently minus two and we have an inch of snow on the track," said MacKenzie Ross.
"Temperatures are set to be minus two or minus three overnight, so all that snow is going to do is freeze. There is further snow forecast, so there is no point in delaying things."

Just heard on radio 4 that Southwell has been abandoned, but horses are still available to pick....

The Today programme on Radio 4 also gives 2 racing tips mon-fri for those of you who need to place bets early. I've had some sucess but not as much as when I follow JesaRose, Numpty, NAR, The Pearce etc. so THANKS GUYS!
