Yes you will get racecaller points for every horse which wins, so you'll have more points to play with. So if you bet 5 points at 2/1 and it wins, you'll get your bet back + your bet multiplied by the odds so you'll get (2x5) + 5 = 15 points added to your total.

I asked about E/W bets on the racecaller forum. Looks like you only get pp for each way bets if they come first.
