Hi,
I ordered my first reward (Amazon e-voucher) two weeks ago. It's supposed to take 'up to 3 days', and when I chased them a week ago they said it's be a 'couple of days'.

Since they're obviously addicted to telling porkies, can anyone with more experience please tell me the real situation? Does this happen with all rewards - what is likely to be in stock? Thanks.

I have just received an email from them saying they will be in stock the middle of this week, but then again I've been waiting for 2 weeks also.
