I've emailed PigsBack about the February RaceCaller points and got back the below reply -

"Hi,

Thank you for your email.

We are currently waiting on the file from Racecaller confirming members who made a purchase with them via Pigsback.com. As soon as we receive this file we will be crediting members accounts with the PiggyPoints that are confirmed on the file.

Afraid that "waiting on the file" is just one of these standard Piggy responses to queries. So who knows how long it will be now - next Christmas, perhaps?

I guess that "confirming members who made a purchase with them" is also a standard Pigsback line too as no one has made any purchases on Racecaller! Daft pig
