It does depend - sometimes they're credited immediately, other times it takes over a week. I usually wait a week from the results and then email them if I haven't had the points credited.

That's great about Boots Vouchers being back - I've just ordered mine too. I swear I tried earlier this morning and they were still out of stock. But at least they're back now.

Hello all,

I claimed 2 vouchers a while ago-one Waterstones and one Topshop. I got my Waterstones one today, but the Topshop one wasn't in the envelope. Do they normally send vouchers out seperately?

Yes they normally come in separate envelopes as there differant vouchers

Still can't work this out. I've rebooted my laptop, logged on to Racecaller & can see my bets Phoenix Flight & Harry Up with results, but the today's tipped horses are all still showing as yesterday. Outsiders are all showing as Bangor races (1550 Aztec Warrior is 1 - is this also yesterdays?).

When I click on the race cards menu for today it still only lists Southwell & Wolverhampton, yet the results menu lists Taunton & other racetracks, but doesn't actually show any races or results.

I've cleared cookies...Anyone got any other ideas?

Not sure what to suggest. Have you checked the time and date settings on your computer are OK?

I have always found them very helpful and they usually get back to you very quickly, even at this time.

I have found Racecaller a bit odd today and last night. Sometimes I could log in and sometimes I was getting the error message, so it could be a glitch with their site. After midnight, all I got was Wednesday's top-tipped horses not today's.
