All I can think of is to try 'clearing cookies'; check you're logging into the UK site (and not the NI one); check your CAPS lock is off.

If it's not any of the above - if Curly thinks you're running more than one personal account he gets a bit narked - which is why my OH does his account at night and in a different order to me (and he doesn't get all the questions right first time either......;) ) - if and when he gets to a voucher he'll order a different type to the ones I usually order - that's if there are any left to order by the time we'll get there.....:D . Do you do yours and OH's account at the same time....

also check time and date setting of your PC as I remember some others had a problem with that in the past
