should i pay off mortgage ?

:cool:have savings of 51k, and mortgage of 50k,and a standard life endowment latest current surrender value £14845 ends in 2013 this was to cover£ 32000 interest only mortgage but current predications are £18200 £19800 £20900 pay £42 amonth ive already got life cover.the rest is on repayment my mortgage rate is 4.69 and ends in august 2010. should i cash in the endowment and pay my mortgage off with the rest of my savings currently earning about 5.5%net on savings but this is only till june 09 and then looking at best 3% net at best. if in june ipay it off i will be charged around £750 redempsion. what should i do?i am thinking pay off mortgage and save interest.any advice
