  • Hi
has anyone got an answer for this question
  • Hi there, I would have thought that you would have to let the OR know. If the credits takes you over £100 surplus you may get an IPA. I know that they do not include child benefit in their calculations, but not too sure about WTC. Hopefully someone will come along with a more definite answer.

Yes Nicky is right it will be counted as income and can go towards an IPA.You must inform the OR within 21 days of recieving it. If you pop up the SoA agreed by the OR when you went BR we could see if there was any possibility of tweaking it at all.
