getting a loan depends upon lots of things including:

    -your income
    -your existing debt level
-what your credit files say about you
-how many application for credit have you made in the last few months

Have Tesco and Blackhorse turned you down? The more places you apply to, the more it will affect your chances of actually getting a loan.

Are your working? If not, I doubt you will get a loan - how will you repay it with no income?

  • The best loan company is ALWAYS your bank! If you can’t get loan from your bank it means you’re in trouble, which means it’s time to pull your credit reports.

If you've been SE for just SE you may as well forget about obtaining an unsecured loan from a major bank.

If you have financial problems, getting into further debt with a loan (especially in current financial climate) probably not a great idea.

If it is taking a while to get your business up and running, could you not consider, say, an evening job to boost your income? Then when things take off you will be better off all round.
