I've never done the Waitrose one before - are they all set out ready to choose, like M&S, or do you have to hunt about?

It was all set out really neatly in our branch. All in the chiller that usually has the offers in, including the white wine, with an extra display with the red wine and the chocolates (nice non-alcoholic alternative I thought) right next to it. It all looked delicious.

These deals seem good but they never seem to include the veggie/vegan selections so no good for me:rolleyes:

Caramelised Onion & Feta Pizza is what I am after! I can be flexible on the other stuff!
I have to say, popped in M&S on a Fri and they only had chicken (whole and breast) and gammon left :( I couldn't find a single butternut squash lasagne or prawn paella.
Let's hope I get lucky in Waitrose.

I just want to add that you should bring id for the wine (even if you're 30!) and preferable not shop with your teenager in tow. The reason I say this is because I've been to the Wairose forums http://www.waitrose.com/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=497

Have just has one - the Pinot Grigo was quite nice - Chiken disk - OK - Greek Side salad - very poor - had three smal pieces of feta cheese which weighed 10gms - packet says it should be 10% and total weight was 150gm - also just had 3 small olives. Overall it was OK, but no match for the M&S one a few weeks ago which had a seafood tagliatelle. Off to pud now .....

I complained to Waitrose about this issue last time they did the meal deal and the very next day I got an email to say they had added the caramelised onion and feta pizza to the deal. This is the veggie chocie this time too, though still no good for vegans like you say. Yummy though, and usually a fiver so a bargain in with the meal deal.

There is also a choice between getting the wine or some lovely Gordon Ramsay chocs instead.

My diet is on hold again. :D
