Possible redundancy

If you were made redundant and had lots of loans and HP car,
Would you consider handing back the keys and car, although only about 30% into the term. I dont know how to afford Credit card payments if redundancy happens.
Any other ideas if I am made redundant in next two weeks
Please
Al

If you're in trouble as much as I think you are trying to admit you are, you need to be posting on the bankruptcy and debt free wannabee board for advice.Conor

your best bet is to post an soa on the debt free wanabee board. the people there are great at analyzing budgets and shaving bits off where you didnt think you could make any savings.Debt free 3 years early :j

You might be able to hand back the car if your loan or HP agreement allows it. Otherswise you will still have the debt (and no car).

how about selling the car and paying loan or part of it off earlier and dealing with the rest
