Cex Help- Urgent!!!

Yesterday I sent a package to cex by royal mail special delivery. It got there today at 12pm according to royal mail, but according to Cex (on my sellers page), they still haven't received it. Could anyone tell me if this is normal or if it is something to worry about.

I think i may of accidentally put my member number instead of the transaction number on the package. Will that make a difference?

    Relax! It's only got there today, it is probable that the squidgy human element just hasn't updated the details on the site yet, they would be enormously busy and may take a couple of days to get around to it.

    If you are really concerned, why don't you try emailing them.

    There have been problems over the holidays frmo what I have been told, but phone in they will tell you in person whether they got it or not, it should be fine
  • ok, thanks for the reply. I tried e-mailing them, and they have replied saying they are looking for it, and they will contact me again either once the item has been found or when Royal Mail print the signature on the track and trace thingie.

    Thanks for all the help. The only problem now is that CEX will cancel the order in 2 days...
