Can I get back my house after being repossesed??

Hi all,

Ok, had my house repo' in July of 2008. The house is still not sold with the current credit state and is reducing in price rapidly!

Is there any known cases of getting the house back and attempting to pay the mortgage etc???

Please give as much advice as possible as I want my home back

    aaah get your house back ke!!!
    the house no longer belongs to you. the only way to get it back is to buy it back from them which is obviously no possible.
    It might be easier to move on

    Sorry to hear you've lost your home.

    Are you now in a position to pay the arrears, interest and repo charges ?.

    I have no idea what's possible but can imagine that would be the only way the lenders would negotiate.

    An unusual request unless you've won the lottery and/or can pay cash by some other means. I don't think you'd get a second chance with a mortgage now.
