The Date is set....Can anyone help? IsFunny Post

Hello Everyone

I told you I would get the ball rolling, opened my coop account and went to court, the hearing is at 9:30 on the 12th February, she offered the day after, Friday the 13th, erm thanks but no thanks ah ah ah!!!!!!!!!And its all thanks to you lot giving me courage Thanx, Now for more questions.......Sorry!!!

1. Will CCJ's def be included in the BR?

2. Will I have a say in who buys the BI? I want my brother to buy it and not my EX who I co-own with - give him more power and he will def have me an the kids out on the street. And if the OR does accept my brothers offer, will he have to gain the permission of my lender and ex?

3. I am two months in arrears with my mortgage, from ages ago(redundancy), paid every month for the last 7 months, when they are notified of my BR will it spur them on to repossess do you think?

After my traumatic day you can imagine how I felt when the B****rd ex called to say he is taking me to court to obtain an order to make me sell at rock bottom mortgage redemption price, I am refusing to do so, I put the deposit down in the first place and he took 20k with him when he legged it, he does not pay anything towards mortgage, but apparently Im ruining his credit file with the 2 month arrears, wait till he hears he is soley responsible for the P loan we have, which might I add I struggled to pay on my own also, So I think I might crack open a bottle of gin and sit and laugh histerically like Angie Watts..............................then sing merrily to Didos "I will go down with this ship.................I only put the house up for sale to get him off my back, the day before I go to court Im gunna go to Estate Agents and withdraw my property from their books, and yes you guessed it the £250 withdrawal fee (both liable for) will be included in my BR..Yeah Yeah

No he won't have to gain any permissions.

    3. I am two months in arrears with my mortgage, from ages ago(redundancy), paid every month for the last 7 months, when they are notified of my BR will it spur them on to repossess do you think? Nope! not in this day and age. They are getting paid regularly now. Have you spoken to them about the arrears? Have they agreed to add the missing payments on to the end of the mortgage.

Ok, this might sound really daft, but are you sure you want to do that?? It's only that being able to rent DVDs can be ruddy handy during those skint last few weeks in the month, and if you do this they might kick you off their list??:confused: Just a thought...
