Just wanted to let you all know, (and may be prompt those who are thinking about it).
Have just had my apointment with Payplan and have decided on a DMP rather than an IVA. I want to clear all of my debts myself even if it does take 10 years. The great thing is that I can throw any extra money at the DMP once a year so if I get any bonuses it can maybe take years off my debt.
I feel so much better now and have even told my best mate all about the situation and she was great and supportive and admired the fact that I had taken this step.
Life can only get better from here!!!
Debt free date may now stand at 2016 but hay I may be able to reduce this.
Sorry this message is all a bit of a blah blah but am feeling so much better now. Thanks to you all for giving me the courage to do this even when you didn't know I was reading.
