Hi everyone.

I'm on a DMP with CCCS and have over £53k of debt, which i'm working to clear.

I have a question about Full and Final Payment. As the banks are in trouble and worse then any of us, is it the write time to try and offer Full and Final Payments to them? i.e I have a £9000 debt to RBS and wonder if i should try and offer a really low amount? I also have £180 overdraft with A&L so i'm planning to offer something to them also.

Anyone got any suggestions?

P.s. I know it would be cheeky to offer them a really low amount, but i was thinking it might work. ;-)
