Contacting Virgin regarding a win

Hey all, wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

I had a win with Virgin about a month and a half ago but I failed to take the caller's details down so no way to get in touch with them! Are prizes usually quite late coming with Virgin? Does anyone have any email addresses or details for them? I have searched online but I'm guessing it'd be the PR department and can't find them!
