BI letter

Hi Guys,
Just got a letter from the OR re: Beneficial Interest in my house. Does this man the equity? ( in negative eq ) I am handing the keys back to the Mortgage Co . Do I need to do anything? and who owns my house, the OR or the mortgage Co?. Just curious? Thanks

If you were keeping the house buying the BI, is buying the rights to any future equity, as you don't want the house just send it back and tick the box saying you don't want to.

Once repo'ed it will belong to the mortgage company, the OR only owns the equity (if there is any when the mortgage comany sell)
