the best new "all in one" printer....

Hi

I've had a Brother 3420 C (fax/scanner/printer) for just about a year and its just STOPPED pulling the paper through - so its basically useless as I cant receive faxes or use it as a photocopier...

So I'm on the hunt for a RELIABLE replacement - not TOO bothered bout the colour print quality as I have a photo printer for hi res stuff - but I am looking for a decent scanner/fax machine and I'm struggling!

Hi i think you cant touch Lexmark products for this , i have the X1180 and it gives me no probs at all , i think we only paid £38 for it ! Brand new !

Lexmark have the most expensive cartridges going, so be careful, if you ever do need to buy an all-in-one I recommend Canon very reliable, cheap cartridges, brilliant quality, fast, loads of experience in that area. I have a Canon MP 370, but I am sure that there are newer all-in-one Canons around now.

I bought a lexmark x2350 all in one ,few months back ,for £35 ,from currys ,have seen them on a one day sale at PC world with newspaper coupon ,for £29.99.
I have bought a original lexmark cartridge fronm https://www.cartcon.co.uk £12.89 with free post.which i think is a bargain.
