Frisbee the event fares are supposed to be for competitiors travelling for big events so in order to use the tesco vouchers I'd assume you would need to speak to Stena thus highlighting the fact you are using the event fare system. There was nothing on the online event fare payment system for tesco vouchers

The 15% discount before the end of jan would be eligible for tesco vouchers or you could try and 'wing it' by ringing the event fare number

As with all Tesco Deals vouchers they cannot be used with any other offer...I have used them twice with Irish Ferries and when you ring you have to tell them you are using Tesco Deals, and they will hold the booking for you until they receive the deals vouchers. When you are making your booking, if you ask them ,they will give you the price without using deals and there is a difference...I went to Malta last year using Tesco Deals vouchers with Cosmos but the cost of the holiday was the brochure price , not the cheaper internet price, it was about £200 more, but as I was using all my deals vouchers to pay for it , it was still a free holiday, the flight was delayed and Air Malta have given me 2 free return flights as compensation, so now I'm trying to find out how to use my deals vouchers just for the hotel in order to have another free holiday.(Cosmos only do the complete package with Tesco Deals)
