Hi all. Can anyone confirm whether I will get a 'brave boy' certificate before I leave court on day of petitioning to prove I've gone BR? I want to send copies to creditors as soon as I get home if you do, try and keep them from phoning every 5 minutes.

Yep you'll get a cert signed and stamped by the court...this is your BO (bankruptcy order)

this will have all your name...court ref number ***/2009 and court you petitioned...copy this to send to creditors & it should help stop the calls...although never a guarantee :rolleyes: (they might still pester until they hear from the Official Receiver

I did this and it seems to have worked - 9 days = 1 phone call!

Well worth the couple of quid it cost........
