Is all I need to do the Statement of Affairs and a Debtor's Petition?

Just curious.

I phone my local courts and checked the lead time on petitions.

Is the Statement of Affairs and a Debtor's Petition the only form I need to fill out?

    yes

    and count upto £500 out

    Yes, you will need 2 copies of each to take with you to court, plus a copy for yourself :)
