Help re registering with Tesco!

Hi
I am trying to register with Tesco so that I can do a shop online- tried last night and again tonight but it is coming up as an error?Is anyone else having problems?
Also does anyone know if they accept Visa Electron online?

Sorry can't help with registering but I do know that Tesco don't take Electron online :wall:Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass

Tesco do not take Electron Online, I hafve complained about this many times as sometimes I find it very hard to get to my local store.Proud to be me, proud to be who I am!!0

Do you have cookies allowed? What does the error say?0 -
Sainsburys take Electron online. When my Solo card changed to an Electron one I had to start getting my shopping delivered from Sainsburys.
When I phoned Tescos to ask why they don't take Electron they didn't have an answer. Maybe head office would know. It's really bugged me that the biggest supermarket in the country won't take such a well known card.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -
something to do with they way electron works
tesco system requires them to swipe your card if its electron...
in store if your electron doesnt swipe they never used to be able to enter manually!!!
dont know if instore situation has changed i am lucky enough to have a visa debit...
tesco insurance doesnt take electron either unless u phone up!!!!
