This has got nothing at all to do with House Prices, the Economy & Recession.
Mods please move to an appropriate area.0 -
Anyway, getting back on track, it was photos of Pickles' supposed "excellant accomodation" I was enquiring about.

And I chipped in as I thought you were being quite stereotypical in your post and I was showing my flat as an oppertunity to show diversity and quash your generalisation:wall:

Technically, the Economy & Recession can cover quite a varied range of topics.
One could debate that rental prices and the effect of the current economic situation and looming recession has quite a connection and thus this is the correct area.
I do concede that the initial and latter part of the thread regarding rent legalities maybe could be on the other forum.:wall:

Ha ha brilliant article, :rotfl::rotfl: very true.
Many landlords con the poor renters regularly because they know all the loopholes and many renters don't.
Come on lets have some protection in law for the lowly renter...I always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...0 -

i think this is carol's view and in my view.
there is plenty of room for improvement in this area.
how come you can sum it all up in just two sentences?0 -
Clearly people up there have more money than sense then, unless it's in some 'millionaire's row' part of town. Aberdeen is in the middle of nowhere and is certainly no business hub.
In comparison, you could get somewhere equivalent to ISTLs gaff in the heart of Leeds city centre (including parking spot) for the same money and Leeds is the 3rd largest city in the UK by population.
