Hello There ,
I had my OR interview last Monday and at the end of the interview the OR said that he needed to check whether I would need to make payments. I was certain I would as I have quite an excess left at the end of the month. I received an IPO form this morning and they have asked me to list my outgoings AGAIN and to also enclose my this months payslips (I have already given them 3 months worth). I am not sure what is going on really. I understood from the OR that an IPA not an IPO would be made and to be honest, I am not sure I know the difference anyway
Thanks in advance!

An IPA is an Income Payments Agreement(you agree to it),an IPO is a Income payments Order. Basically if you dont agree to their proposed IPA they(IS) apply to the courts to make it an IPO. Not sure why you would have got this unless you disagreed with their original amount. Give your OR a quick ring in the morn to clarify things.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Hello There,
I have just called the OR and he said it was just the wording used on the form. He wasn't very pleasant really.. I think it was a fair enough question. I had visions that they were taking me to court already! Whilst I am here. Do we really have to treat them like God??0 -
Morning!
While I wouldn't worship at their shrine ....... I certainly wouldn't rub him up the wrong way! LOL

lol, yes Startagain, it is a very, very fine line! Doubtful we have the same OR Dalip, unless you are from Brighton? but thanks for pointing out it isn't just me
What has happened with you and yours? I guess it should be expected. I must admit up until this point I thought it was really easy. I am not sure of your own situation but it IS really starting to show me some responsibility and it does make me feel a little less guilty about the BR business and that is all good in my book. I WILL continue to bite my tongue though! hehe 0
