as mentioned before I will more than likely be going BR in the next month. Im just worried about wages and frozen bank accounts!
is it ok to have my wages paid in to a family member account i.e mum/sister before the OR freezes my account?
edit: ment to ask this before
my house is due to be repo'd om the 5th feb, do i have to attend court? or do i just send the forms back ive been sent - soa etc

From what i've heard O2 aren't BR friendly, so as dalip says don't mention anything to them.
Also if you are due for an upgrade might be best to do it before BR, as they might do a quick credit check and refuse you. (also you get a free new mobile):D
