Hi, i was wondering if anyone has had any experiences, or read anything about trying to 'cheat' the multiroom system.
Is it possible (and within the terms, dont really fancy ending up in court) to have in property 1 a sky subscription, for say £18, then to get a £10 multiroom subscription (ontop) and then use the multiroom card in another property (property 2)
Cheers
Matthew

That's why Sky do occasional callbacks with multiroom.
If you are caught they will charge you and/or cancel the product.0

As part of your multiroom T&Cs both boxes will need to be connected to the same phone line as they do a callback to Sky every month. If this is not the case, Sky will charge you the 2nd subscription in full.0

hmm.. cheers anyway! freesat it is... can sky+ and freesat from sky live in harmony/?0

yes they can as can normal "freesat" and "freesat HD" (if you have a lnb with 4 outputs on the dish)
The freesats do not require a phoneline connection and there is no discounted subscription for them to get shirty about.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
