Hi All,
I finished my last job on the 28th November and didnt start my new one until the 12th January. I didn't claim any jobseekers allowance etc. Can I claim back the tax for this period? (I paid approx £500 tax per month in my old job and probably wont pay half that in this new one)
Many thanks for your help

assuming you give your new employer your P45 (well the bits they need) then they should put you on the correct tax code and then you will automatically receive the tax refund if owed.0
