Filling forms online right now and im stuck

When listing unsecured creditors, do I use the original dresitors name, or the solicitors chasing me, or the company that the debt has been sold to?

    In the first section that asks for them you put who they were originally with. When you get a bit further along there's another section where you have to list them all again (you'd think they'd sort the form to do that automatically :rolleyes: ) there you put who they are with now, if you don't know just put the original company.

  • i hadnt carried everything forward to the 2nd set of details, the judge asked "you only owe £4000?", after i put it right he said "ah, £45,000, i see now"

    not doing it right first time was costly though, i was there a whole 2 hours i neednt have been.....

    I think I put down the original creditors but it probably makes the OR's life easier if they know who the debt is with now but I couldn't be bothered as some of the debts had changed DCA's too many times to keep track.
