I am sure that someone posted if you are on incapacity you dont have to pay fees but it is not mentioned on the exempt form. It states that if you are not on any listed benefits you have to pay or go to another section about incomings and outgoings.
And
When do we have to pay the fees? I thought you had to take all paperwork, soa, wage slips, shares and so on and money for fees when you first went in to book.

Sorry, I don't know about the benefits question.
You take your money and forms in on the day of your court appearance, which will be either by apppintment or drop-in depending on how your court operates. You don't need payslips, statements etc until after you're BR, the OR will send you a letter telling you what they want you to send in/take.

Hi spender if you are on incapacity you may qualify for fee remission under concession 2 which is based on the annual household income. Add up your income from all sources eg partners wages (if applicable), incapacity, tax credits, child benefit etc and see if that figure falls within the guidelines.Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

peachy this might be random but on our br day i had to supply 3 months bank statements for our 2 accounts and 3 months payslips rang before going to the court and they said they needed them took copies of them and gave them back??!!
this may have been to do with the exemption of court costs based on low income??
sorry to contradict x xBsc no 224
