If your prospects are good and your parents are willing to support you for a few more months then I would think thats best.
However, if the medium term income is not likely to be good (I know nothing about being a pilot but what happens next winter?) then consider whether being a pilot is a hobby or a career.....0 -

I had a feeling you might say this, looks like i will have to continue managing as best as can etc, dmp wont work for me unfortunately and most other options are out of the question.
You see, there is one more factor to put into the equation, im on a time limit of 3 years since passing all of the theory exams, which means ive got until june 2010 to finish all my training, this involves another 10-15k.
As for making flying a hobbey, ive already made the leap from one career to do this and im in so deep it would be suicide to leave now, ive just got to get past this period.
