WFTC & CTC with a mortgage?

Please could someone advise me of which mortgage providers take 100% of working families tax credit & child tax credit as part of your annual salary.

I know for deffinate that Halifax & Alliance & Leicester do, but are there any more?

Many thanks in advance.

Yorkshire building society, they also take your child benefit into account too, and they have some competetive deals.
I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

    Thanks gyus,

I'll give abby a miss then as i need them to add it in with my salary and times it all by 3.5.

Thanks for the info on YBS, it's good that they take CB into account as well. After all it's certainly a more reliable income than the dreaded WFTC & CTC.

CB adds nearly £1500 more to my annual income which is worth £5000 on my mortgage.

HSBC will, dependent on the child's age. If the child/children are aged under 12ish, then generally they're OK with it, provided you can obtain proof of this income.

Don't know if this applies to you, but they also included my 1200 a year child maintainance from my ex-husband in my income for my mortgage.
