  • You need to fill in all the forms before you visit the court. It's going to take you a while to get all the information together I suspect, but it might be worth phoning the court to see if, once you'd filled everything in, you could just turn up. I could at my court, but I'm in the back of beyond where the only busy section of the court is Incest cases.

The forms are available to fill in, at your leisure, online, here...https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv/
  • will print the forms off now and make a start...........
  • Well done for getting to that decision. I know its not an easy one to make.
Give us a shout if there is anything on the forms you need help with.

My local court has a 2 week waiting list so I the 1st thing I did was book it, set up my new post-BR bank account and finish the forms online. You present your £495 (has to be in cash) when you attend the courts for your hearing
Money, money, money. Must be funny, in a rich man's world.
  • I thought you had to pay the money when you first took forms in. The lady at the court told us to phone to make appointment to go in with the forms but didn't say too much besides as the room was getting pretty full and earwiggers were listening in.
If this is the case then we can take our forms in earlier than expected.
    Money Talks ...
but all mine ever says is Goodbye!
