how much for a harpist?

I originally wanted a steel drum player but it seems you can't just have one or two you have to hire the whole band!

My friend said her cousin had a harpist a few years ago but cant remember how much it cos her as it was so long ago!

Does anyone have a vague idea? I looked on the internet but i keep getting harp lessons !

Thanks in advance

our harpist played for around 3 hours for £275, from before the ceremony, walking down the aisle, after the ceremony during drinks, and during the meal. she left at around 6 oclock.
we are in the south west so i dont know if that changes anything, but i deal with a lot of wedding musicians and they all seem to charge the same amount for 3 hours . between £250 and £380.
  • I was looking over the last couple of days and found a few listed on Gumtree. One was in the Bristol area and quoted £65 per hour.
