it looks like you work for Lush? Do you know if stores are able to take a payment over the phone and mail items out?
Thanks
Hiya, yeah I work for lush in Bristol...sadly we aren't able to take payment and mail out orders however we can reserve a bag or two as long as they are collected before sunday. You would need to phone 01179257582 and ask for Angel, Melissa or Minx. Hope that helps.xxx0 -
Hope this helps some people identify their stuff. (And that it comes out ok!)0

I went to Covent Garden Lush last night to get my 2nd Grab bag
(The first time I went the assistant was really rude and told me that I had to buy £15 of products to get a bag and that the total had to be over £15 if I used my 10% off voucher.. But at the till the other staff told her she was wrong and she just walked off!! Another assistant took pity on me and served me- I got a decent amount of stuff, including the charity box gift set. The rude sales assistant made me feel horrible though- like I was stealing or doing something outragous!)
Last night after work however was a different story- A lovely assistant served me and made me up a £15 bag- she asked what stuff I liked and put lots of great soaps etc in (I shower alot so have less use for bath bombs!!) She even put some blonde solid shampoo in, which I buy anyway. I'm trilled with my second bag!! It has lots of variety and lots of product I can't wait to try!!
If you want a grab bag from Covent garden, they still have quite a bit left, but I think as they start to run out of stuff you might not get such a good bag. They still had shelves full of gift sets- so it is certainly worth a trip!
oh my God- if you look a few posts back, I had the same experience at the same store.Someone was really nasty to me too!! But the other staff were lovely. Glad you had better luck yesterday!0 -
Bournemouth still has loads of all sizes....I bought a couple more today and ended up with SIX Witches Balls - shame I hate them! LOL! PM me if you want to swap.

I'd write them an email explaining how the rude sa made you feel,i had a similar problem in another store and when i popped to my local store i chatted to the staff there and they said i ought to complain as it's not what lush is about. Lush is generally one of the most customer focused retailers on the high st so i'd let them know if i were you and better still give them a description of the good sa so she hopefully gets some praise! xxAugust: £149/£150
Sept: £200
