Hiya, yeah I work for lush in Bristol...sadly we aren't able to take payment and mail out orders however we can reserve a bag or two as long as they are collected before sunday. You would need to phone 01179257582 and ask for Angel, Melissa or Minx. Hope that helps.xxx

If you want a grab bag from Covent garden, they still have quite a bit left, but I think as they start to run out of stuff you might not get such a good bag. They still had shelves full of gift sets- so it is certainly worth a trip!

oh my God- if you look a few posts back, I had the same experience at the same store.Someone was really nasty to me too!! But the other staff were lovely. Glad you had better luck yesterday!

I'd write them an email explaining how the rude sa made you feel,i had a similar problem in another store and when i popped to my local store i chatted to the staff there and they said i ought to complain as it's not what lush is about. Lush is generally one of the most customer focused retailers on the high st so i'd let them know if i were you and better still give them a description of the good sa so she hopefully gets some praise! xx

ive sent messages to the 2 ladys who i got lush stuff for let me know if you like

and nope its not all xmas cake soap but a good mix of all sorts

have enough here to share another bag if anyone was unlucky enough dont have many more gift box's though x

Southampton have none left today but are getting more in tomorrow morning, the SA said they open at 9.30 and it's first come first served! unfortunately I cant get there tomorrow
