Thanks for the Sheffield Fargate number. They had sold out boo hoo, really dissappointed now, they've even taken all the signs down. Can't get to Meadowhell as it's a 40 minute drive away from me out here in the Derbyshire sticks, never mind roll on next year.

When I rang this morning their delivery hasnt arrived that they ordered , so you would have a wasted journey going to Meadowhall. Just thought I would mention , just incase you decided to go.

Going to Kingston tomorrow for sister in law. Did they have much left?

They had a few bags left, not loads - but they did seem to have stock upstairs (he went up to get one of the shower boxes and also had about 6 baskets of loose stuff, ballistics, soaps, snow fairy shower gels etc,) so they would probably be able to make a bag up if you asked.

You're right, I have just added them up and bag 1 was £41.65 and bag 2 was £41.87 based on the priced in the Lush Times. Not so pleased now, might have to complain.

I had same problem with £5 bag - emailed customer services yesterday, no reply so i emailed steve at head office today and still not heard anything.....yet!
  • Ha Ha ive just got back from Manchester Arndale too and I thought i'd bought the last one. I certainly couldnt see any other 10 pound ones and the sales assistant told me that was the last one!

Anyone else got the last 10 pound bag from Manchester Arndale? :rotfl:

lol yes on monday just before closing they say this is the last £10 bag! lol

I must admit to feeling a little similar to you. I got a £15 bag on monday, and tbh alot of the products smell the same to me. I think I prefered them when they were called cosmetics to go,years ago and used to order tons of stuff back then. I still prefer body shop overall.

I'm worried I'll end up feeling the same if I take the plunge...

Was also wondering if Lush were anything to do with Cosmetics To Go. I remember them from years ago & thought the packaging was similar. Thanks for placating my enquiring mind!:D

i find lush overrated and a TOTAL waste of money when you can get 6 bars of perfectly good soap for a pound in poundland , what on earth is the attraction , even the freebie samples my kids have come home with ive not been impressed with

Perhaps in general they are too expensive to be EVERYDAY bath stuff but that is why this is such a good offer.

But with - for example - the £15 bag, you are getting MORE than 15 Lush items for less than £1 each.
If you are careful and break or cut the ballistics and bath bars up, you can get 4 - 8 baths from each one. Baths of natural ingredients, indulgent scents and high-quality ingredients for less than £1.
The Lush bars of soap last longer because they're made of better oils and real fruits etc... so they're not just designed to lather lots cheaply - as a lot of cheap soaps are - which doesnt necessarily constitute good cleaning, just bubbles!

Also, some people like my sister and I have trouble using very cheap bath stuff as we're allergic to a lot of the chemicals. So this is a great way to have stuff which wont cause us a lot of grief and which is very posh and a bit special.

Nothing wrong with treating yourself - especially at less than £1 an item!

Talking about good value- I've had a bar of shampoo (the brown one) and a jungle conditioner for well over a year and theres still atleast half the bar left, thats me using it every other day!
