sorry on the subject of lush can you try certain things before having to buy them?
a few people have raved on at me about dream cream being good for eczema, my 2 boys suffer awfully with it but iveheard its quite pricey, dont mind buying it if it works iykwim do they sell sample sizes of items like this
In Superdrug hair section you can buy small pots of Pure coconut oil for 99p, a teaspoonful in the bath or used as a moisturiser I found it great for eczema, its natural and its cheap defo worth a try.0 -

Hi Lush are very good for samples they will give you a skin tester. My 20 month old has eczema and I get really bad dry skin so I bought dream cream after trying it and it's very good. It smells really lavendery but isn't oily like most moisturisers. I don't think it's worth the £15 price tag though:eek: and e45 or dermacrem is probably better value:T
Just to mention Dream Cream isn't quite £15, its £9.30!0 -

Aqueous cream is fab!!!!! smells a bit of petrol, but that is because there is no perfume in it. It really works and is pretty cheap aswell. My doctor recommended it for me, when I had very sore dry chapped skin on my hands, almost excema like, and it cleared it up after a few days use. Soon came back when I stopped using it, but works every time I get an attack of it ( every winter)! Dr told me to ask over the counter in Boots as it was loads cheaper than paying for the prescription (although if your boys are little you won't be paying anyway) I think it was about £2.10 for a massive pot that I still have now!! The price has probably gone up a little since then as it was a while ago, but definitely worth a try. I overheard a mum at school today saying she had been recommended to go and buy some for her daughters excema.
Back on the subject of Lush, I have told OH we are going shopping on Saturday just incase the grab bags are instore!! lol!!!0 -

My youngest son has terrible eczema on his ankle creases and behind his knees. The things that work best for him are balneum ointment (soya oil) in his bath and to wash his hair, and diprobase cream afterwards. Luckily he gets these on prescription, as it would cost a fortune the amount we get through!
I'd never heard of Lush's dream cream, but may give this a go - thanks!0
