    Hiya,
Discovered what most of my bag is through a couple of posters and the Xmas lush someone posted but I'm not sure about one. Its yellow-ish with orange flecks and has glitter through it - it doesn't look like a ballstic, is it a bubble bar or soap, its hard to tell.

Used my witches ball today, I loved it but it was strange trying to fish out all the sultanas/raisins, etc.

I'm dropping heavy hints to my dh to get me something from Lush for Valentines day and I want the goody bag too!!! Its only next week isn't it?

I know what you mean about Witches Ball. I found a clove in my hair about an hour later when I was brushing it lol. It gets everywhere
Never give up the dream!

If you want a bathwithout the bits, pop the ballistic into the foot of an old pair of tights and tie the leg above it - all the bits go in the tights and you're just left with lovely watery bit-free lushness!
Of course, some people reckon that entirely defeats the object... but they can come and clean my bath out when I'm in a hurry, then! ;)

Just wanted to post incase anyone who works at the Trafford Centre store is reading. I was in the store at the weekend and was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were - thankyou :)
Glad I'm not the only one drowing in Christmas Cake! It is not really to my taste, but there you go. I actually might Freecycle some it to get rid. I think I will use one piece, which just leaves me three to get rid of.

Good idea :) - I have 2 Christmas pud ballistics I might do the same with

Did anyone on here send me a lone Ruby Red Slippers? It was all packaged in popcorn in a little white box with Ruby Red Slippers written on the box....it was parceled up in Xmas paper.

OOPS - that was me - i had 2 lots to post and ive got them mixed up i was supposed to send you the snowdrops bath bombs but have inflicted those on some other poor soul now.
What do you want to do ? if you like it then keep it and send me one of the items we agreed on - if not just post it back to me.

I stopped using normal deodorants a while ago, because of all the chemicals in them, plus I didn't find them very effective. Lush's Aromacreme deodorant is the best I've ever tried - doesn't really stop sweating as such, but keeps me smelling sweet 24/7! It's a bit odd when you first try it as it is a cream that you spread under your armpits, and you will be picking it out from under your fingernails afterwards. Unfortunately, if I use it too often, I get itchy armpits and a rash - it seems like this is very common. So it's only for special occasions for me.

Their Aromarant deo is much better for sensitive skins and is also pretty effective, though is patchouli scented so you smell like a hippy. ;)

They also do a crystal type one, which is pretty effective too, though I'm a bit scared to really put it through its paces because it sort of feels like not much comes off it when you rub it under your arms, so it doesn't feel like you're very well protected, if you know what I mean!

The deo powders are OK but aren't effective for heavy sweating. However, they are lovely to apply after a night-time Lush bath, as you don't sweat much in bed anyway so they do the job till the morning. :)

    Thanks for that!

I went into Lush (again!) today as they gave me a sample of the reincarnate shampoo the other day, and I used it last night and it is fab! - so today bought a lump of the stuff!!

They gave me a sample of "you snap the whip" body butter to try, and it smells luvverley!!!

Snap the whip smells gorgeous, my husband uses it in the shower and I can smell blackcurrants from downstairs. Only problem is that it gets used up very quickly especially compared to Buffy (another body butter)
  • OMG

Was watching that huge lot on ebay and it's been sold. 150 quid. Only 10 below the BIN.

Not sure i'd want all that replica xmas stuff for 150 quid but someone obviously does lol. :rotfl:
