hi again and sorry for posting again
from my previous posts you will recall that i am due to go BR for a 2nd time at the end of Jan, I am worried sick about my interview, i cant sleep, or concentrate on anything, i know certain people have offered brilliant advice, but i have just read something that made me feel worse.
One second time BR on here was interviewed under caution and had it tape recorded.
Is this going to happen to me, and my new debts started so soon after my last discharge (BR 1998 discharged 2001) I really feel like a criminal now and that a prosecution for summat wil be coming my way for all the debt i took on AGAIN. Im so stupid, please please someone help put my mind at rest, im realy finding it hard to cope to now as its in the final 2 weeks

You won't be prosecuted unless you have committed fraud.
With a second BR they are more thorough and will dig deeper into the cause of BR. Each case and OR. is different so what happens to one person won't necessarily happen to another.
Have you spoken to your Dr? He might be able to help with the anxiety etc.

I agree with Tigerfeet. You should see your doctor if this is affecting your health or wellbeing.
You're taking positive steps to sort out the debts so try and focus on the positives. I think the worst that will happen is a BRO but that isn't the end of the world. Last time you were undischarged for 3 years so I doubt it'll be anything more than that. Good luck. We're all here to help.0

Bump means a person replies to your thread, to help it move up to top of board, to icnrease chance of replies.
No your interview with the OR in the second bankruptcy will not be tape recorded and under caution. We do not even have facilities for tape recording interviews.
I dont think failing to provide previous addresses on credit application form is an offence. Giving false information about your employment status or income is an offence.0
