Never used them before at Goldsniths but will be doing after the Feb issue.
It looks like you can't use the vouchers for 'special offer or promotional items'
Full details are at

I converted my vouchers at xmas and checked with Goldsmiths what you could use them on - basically anything in store...
I bought a TAG watch for hubby and a childs bracelet for a christening present. Thanks Tesco!
Also you can use the vouchers to pay for new batteries but not sure on repairs.

Just to add to this - I have also used Tesco/Goldsmiths tokens, for a watch and also for the extended damage/loss guarantee. Once you have the tokens, it's just like using cash in the shop. Easy!0

If you want to use Tesco vouchers for stores other than Tescos, or want to save points for airmiles etc, do you request e-vouchers, wait for the vouchers to arrive and then take them somewhere else/ sign onto another website, or somthing else?
I only signed up for a card last Autumn, and I'm really confused as to what I should do.
Also, is there anyway of seeing a detailed version of your Clubcard account online? I can see the number of points and what they are worth, but not how they were earned, and I'm not sure that I have been credited with everything that I should have been.0 -
My online account balance zeroed over the weekend.
As for e-vouchers....you can only spend these on tesco's website off shopping. If you go to Tesco.com and register you will see some links about the clubcard on the bottom left of the screen. From here you can browse the various deals and make your choice, but for these you must get the paper vouchers and send them off to Tesco when you have picked a deal.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Seakay - when you get your vouchers, they will send you a Deals booklet with details of what you can spend vouchers on. (I think they include a breakdown of how your points were earned, too).
You can either spend these vouchers in Tescos (for their face value), or send off for deals tokens (they are worth 4 times their face value then). Also in the booklet is an application form - just fill it in for the deals you want and send the tokens back - the address and everything is there.
We have used them at Goldsmiths (50 pounds worth of vouchers = 200 pound watch), MacDonalds hotels (80 pounds worth = 360 pound break), etc. You get the picture.
There are several posts on here from people who have done some amazing things courtesy of Mr T!!
You can also get this information if you go onto the Clubcard section of the Tesco website. I have found the Clubcard people very helpful if you need to phone them, too. If you think you are missing points, they will try to sort it out for you.
Hope this helps and that you enjoy whatever treat you choose!
You beat me to it, rchddap1 - I do go on!!0 -

It seems that you no longer need to send off the vouchers to exchange for Deals as of Feb 2006.

I wonder what safe guards they've put in place to ensure you can't use them online for Deals AND in store off shopping.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
