just recieved my order (or so i thought) to find 1 free lippy ( in black!!) and a snotty note saying " free gifts are meant to be placed with an order with value this is the last time!" no NYC make up...fair enough :mad:
now i fully expected this order to be cancelled due to web error but i dont expect to be told off in this manner for what is their problem not mine
any suggestions?0
