I can't see a thread for Tesco on-line shopping so here goes.

Maybe something to do with after you've done your shopping at a store you've got a filling station there as well.If it's not a bargain, it's not worth buying

I think they'd be shooting themselves in the foot if the offered that for online shoppers. The whole idea - I suppose- is you don't have to travel to Tesco in the first place, plus for the majority, online shopping is for people who can't travel to Tesco, either they dont have a car and dont want to lug stuff on the bus etc or they are housebound for one reason or another...just my opinion
Having said that it wouldn't do them any harm to offer a discount token when you complete an online purchase.
