I wanna short (175cms) bed

I'm looking for a short (max 180cms but 175 cms would be fine) 3 foot wide single bed for my daughter's tiny room. Not bunks. The "small single" beds in Argos are still over 6 foot long, so too big. The max length I can have is 5'10"
Would prefer a bedstead to divan and can't spend more than £200 incl delivery.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure what age your daughter is so these might be too small but I thought I would send them just in case they are any use

Try a local bed store that sells wooden framed beds and ask them to trim the bed to fit (my local company said there would be a small charge for it I think £20). It should be fairly straight forward. The problem is the mattress: you can get foam cut to size. Try someone like http://www.cutfoam.co.uk/custommattresses.html

Hi,
Have you checked out the childrens beds at childrens bed centres?

theirs come in a variety of lengths and widths. the shortest one they do is 168cm. I've bought from them and they'll assemble it for you.
