Sleazeballs like these two have no shame. They're only concerned with lining their own pockets at the public's expenseLast night on the radio I never heard so much property ramping in my life from Kirsty Allsop & Kristian Digby. These TV property hosts showed how deluded they were with the current situation and want you to buy now despite the massive continuing price falls in an attempt to save their jobs.

What a pair of muppets!
Of course they are defensive; after all they drummed into people morning after morning on the telly that you must buy into brick and mortar...
Obviously they haven't a clue what's going on in the "real world".0 -
What on earth has happened to Allsop? She's growing.
07:20, I thought it was some dotty random caller, then realised it was Allsop.
She's predicting an "unholy rush" when the market bottoms out and she would be "very sad" for first time buyers if they miss out.
09:04 Kristian is in on the game. He's just talked about an ideological discourse regarding house prices. Ha ha ha, he's called the media are reckless.Happy chappy0 -
Kristian:
"Prices aren't plummeting, it's just a gradual slowdown"
"People are being scared out of their minds by the constant wheeling out of figures and facts"
"How can you predict something thats not happened?"
"It's a good time to be a first time buyer"
Krusty:
"First time buyers who haven't taken advantage of the last 18 months are going to be killed in the rush."
"It's certainly a good idea for anyone who is thinking of buying not to just sit there and wait for prices to fall further"
A few years ago this kind of ramping would be infuriating. Nowadays it's just hilariously quixotic. Anyone who buys on the basis of these two despite all the evidence to te contrary deserves everything coming to them.poppy100 -

Your so right, but just think these scumbags will NO doubt be on our televisions in the near future earning loadsa dosh telling us how we should still invest in the property market.....
How sad is that??
I just can't believe SO many people didn't see this all coming, I did and got the p1ss ripped out of me , being told 18 months ago .BUY,BUY,BUY now before its to late... We WILL return to 3x salary for borrowing, which will in turn set the level of the market as FTB have no equity to take with them, the LADDER will freeze up and the levels set.....;) Its SO simple..:rotfl:
And to prove im working hard and SAVING (dirty word, clean my mouth out)Im getting a weekend paper round ....lol0 -
...at three times the rate of wage inflation - surely not sustainable?!tomstickland wrote: »What on earth has happened to Allsop? She's growing...
