                    I was made b/r back in oct 08 i  was on job seekers  then i had to be signed off on the sick  due to a mental breakdown in nov but what should my taxcode be when i get a job .
as when the jobseekers sent me mty p45 it said on it 603L so would i get taxed if i got a job ?

            Hi Cozza,
 I think the zero tax code only applies to your employment at the date you go bankrupt, therefore any position you start after the date of your bankruptcy (but within your period of bankruptcy), will have a normal tax code.
