Tilt your head facing upwards, then stick out your tongue as far as it will go for 60 seconds at a time. Repeat this a few times. I do it whilst having a shower each day - easy & quick & no one witnesses the stupid face you'll be pulling!0

A couple of months ago I bought Carole Maggio's facercise book off amazon. It has a series of exercises to do, but they need doing twice a day and roughly take about 11 mins each time, so slighlty time consuming. What I have noticed is the colour of my skin appears to look healthier.....it now has a rosier glow to it.
My partner has now bought me a Tua Viso. Its meant to do all the hard work for you!0 -

Wow - that gadget has had some good write up's - enough to make me want one - but not for the price!! Will be sticking with my 'stupid' face pulling exercises for a while yet!
:rotfl:
Might look up the flexaway thing though ...0 -
Thanks for the extra suggestions - will have a good look at them later but in the meantime I shall continue with my gurning exercises (in the privacy of the bathroom!!)0
