Hello,
Just ordered my credit file from equifax, as i knew my time was coming up for my defaults to go, as it has been 6 years since date of bankruptcy and default, it actually was last week, so i was wondering do i have to phone them? As they are all still showing or does it take a while for them to update their records,

It should drop off automatically, but it can take up to a month to update so I'm told.
If it is not gone by then start making "noises".
